How the Warmline works
What can I expect when I call?

01 DIAL
Give us a ring at 866.937.9276, leave a voicemail, and we’ll follow up within 48 hours to set up a chat.

Note: Once you’ve completed the first call, you’ll also be able to reach staff members over text if that’s easier for your schedule.
03 VISIT
If needed, we’ll arrange a visit from our support team to better understand your current needs.
04 CONNECT
The staff member will connect you to the program(s) that best fit your needs and make sure you know all the next steps.

Frequently
Asked
Questions
What is the YMCA Warmline?
The YMCA Warmline is a place for new and expecting parents to find additional education, preparation, and care. We get to know you and your needs, then refer you to the best possible programs available.
How do I know if I qualify?
If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or raising a young child in the San Diego area, give us a call and we’ll talk about what resources might be a good fit.
What if my child needs support, not me?
Our programs benefit the entire family. If you’re looking for help for your child, we’ll work with you to get them what they need. We’ll also make sure you and the rest of the family have the right resources to support them along the way.
What languages do you offer for consultations?
The short answer: whatever language you need. We have both English and Spanish-speaking staff members available to chat with you and can arrange for an interpreter in the language of your choosing.
