Family support for new and expecting parents

We’re on the line

We’re glad you’re here. Connect with the YMCA Warmline and we’ll connect you with the support you and your child need to thrive. Help is available for your family—all you have to do is dial.

How the Warmline works

What can I expect when I call?

01 DIAL

Give us a ring at 866.937.9276, leave a voicemail, and we’ll follow up within 48 hours to set up a chat.

02 CHAT

You’ll talk with a YMCA staff member for 30-45 minutes about what’s going on (share as much or as little as you feel comfortable) and what would help. The staff member will provide information about FREE programs available to you.

Note: Once you’ve completed the first call, you’ll also be able to reach staff members over text if that’s easier for your schedule.

03 VISIT

If needed, we’ll arrange a visit from our support team to better understand your current needs.

04 CONNECT

The staff member will connect you to the program(s) that best fit your needs and make sure you know all the next steps.

05 START

Once you’ve received a warm welcome from the program, your support begins.
